Get a license to download
Your account is ready. Mac and Windows downloads unlock when you have an active license.

Install on Mac
- Download em-studio-cli-mac.zip above and double-click the ZIP to extract it.
- Double-click Install EM Studio.command. Terminal opens and downloads the complete app. Keep it open until installation finishes.
- EM Studio opens after installation. Sign in with the same email and password you use here.
- Next time, open EM Studio from your home folder’s Applications folder, or find it with Spotlight.
Mac says “Apple could not verify”?
This release is not notarized by Apple. If you trust this download, click Done, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, find the blocked installer and click Open Anyway. Confirm with your Mac password or Touch ID.
The download opens as text?
Close the editor and download the ZIP again. Extract it and open Install EM Studio.command, not the old extensionless em-studio-cli-mac file.
Install on Windows
- Download EM_Studio_Setup_Windows.exe above and wait for the download to finish.
- Open the installer and follow the setup wizard. The app is included in the installer; setup does not download another package.
- Select Launch EM Studio when setup finishes, then sign in with your portal email and password.
- Next time, open EM Studio from the Start menu or your desktop shortcut.
Windows shows an unrecognized-app warning?
The installer is currently unsigned. If you trust the file downloaded here, choose More info → Run anyway when Windows offers it. If antivirus reports a specific threat, stop and contact support with the message.
Setup reports a package installation error?
If setup says the package could not be downloaded or the embedded package could not be installed, send the setup version and exact error to support. Do not keep retrying the same file.
